2024 SCHOOL FEES: R1050.00 per month for 11 months
- If you pay by cash, please make sure that you receive the receipt not later than two days after you’ve sent the payment, to make sure that it has reached the office.
- Please send all account queries in writing, together with proof of payment or required documents.
- There are no debit or credit card facilities at the school.
- Statements are sent out monthly to persons that owe money to the school. No statements will be sent to persons that are paid up, to save costs. If you note that your payment does not reflect on the statement, please send relevant proof to the financial office so that we can rectify it.
- Application for exemption of school fees must be made in writing at the beginning of the year after which you will receive forms to complete. It must be sent to the financial office not later than the last Friday of February. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Application for exemption must be done every year regardless whether you had exemption the previous year. Normal statements will be sent every month until the Governing Body has made the final decision on exemption.

- Indien u kontant betaal, maak asseblief seker dat u die kwitansie nie later as 2 dae nadat u betaal het ontvang, ter bevestiging dat die betaling die kantoor bereik het.
- Stuur asseblief alle rekeningnavrae op skrif met die nodige bewys van betaling of verlangde dokumente.
- Daar is geen debiet- of kredietkaartfasiliteite beskikbaar by die skool nie.
- State word maandeliks uitgestuur aan persone wat geld verskuldig is. Geen state sal aan persone wat nie geld skuld gestuur word nie, om sodoende kostes te bespaar. As u sien dat alle betalings nie op die state verskyn nie, stuur asseblief die nodige bewyse na die finansiële kantoor sodat dit opgedateer kan word.
- Aansoeke vir kwytskelding van skoolfonds moet asseblief aan die begin van die jaar gedoen word, al het u die vorige jaar kwytskelding gehad. Daar moet elke jaar ooraansoek gedoen word. Aansoeke moet skriftelik ingedien word en na die finansiële kantoor gestuur word. U sal dan die vorms ontvang om te voltooi . Onvolledige vorms sal nie aanvaar word nie. Die sluitingsdatum is die laaste Vrydag van Februarie. Indien daar aansoek gedoen is vir kwytskelding, sal die normale state uitgestuur word tot en met die finale goedkeuring deur die Beheerliggaam.
